Warranty Policy

Africa PC offers a full 1 year warranty on all refurbished pcs, laptops and servers.

Here at Africa PC we have great confidence in the products and services we offer. All refurbished computers and/or hardware, come with a 12 month carry in warranty. Experience has shown us that there are often exceptions to this. We have therefore developed a “fix or replace” (with equivalent or better) warranty and we use the “common sense” approach when making exceptions to the 12 month warranty.
